Social media is abuzz with a shocking revelation of love affair between Foreign Minister Hina Rabbani Khar and Pakistan People’s Party Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari.
A Bangladeshi weekly tabloid claimed that one of the Western intelligence agencies have romantic relations between youngest foreign minister of Pakistan, Hina Rabbani Khar and Bilawal Bhutto, the son of President Asif Ali Zardari and slain Pakistani Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto.
It said the intelligence report even indicated a ‘cold feud’ between the father and the son, following Bilawal’s decision of marrying Hina Rabbani Khar, as she is poised to end her marital relations with millionaire businessman Firoze Gulzar, from whom she has two daughters named Annaya and Dina.
The weekly tabloid quoting sources said that President Asif Ali Zardari is vehemently opposing his son’s willingness of knotting marital relations with a woman with two children, saying it would not only jeopardize Bilawal’s political career but would also invite political doom for the ruling Pakistan People’s Party (PPP). It added Being aggrieved by his son’s ego and determination in making family with Hina Rabbani Khar, Asif Ali Zardari played key-role behind using country’s intelligence agencies in spreading the scandal about the evasion of electricity bills worth 70 million Rupees by Galaxy Textile Mills, a company owned by Khar’s husband Firoze Gulzar and father-in-law. The media reports also alleged that she and her husband are also among many other beneficiaries of NRO – an ordinance drafted to save corruption money and provide immunity to the corrupt.
It claimed that, at this stage, sensing his father’s aggressive attitude towards Hina Rabbani Khar, Bilawal expressed anger and even threatened of resigning from the post of Presidency of Pakistan People’s Party.
The tabloid said Bilawal told Asif Ali Zardari that he would settle in Switzerland with Hina Rabbani Khar and her daughters, though later he even told his father that, Hina might leave her daughters with her husband after the divorce.
It said that Bhutto’s mother Benazir Bhutto left a hidden wealth worth a few billion dollars in Switzerland and Bilawal is the legal nominee of all those properties.
The tabloid claimed that the secret affairs between Bilawal Bhutto and Hina Rabbani Khar came to the knowledge of Asif Ali Zardari, when the duo was caught in compromised situation inside the official residence of the President, where his son Bilawal Bhutto also resides. Later, President Zardari collected mobile call records between Bilawal and Hina and found evidences of relations between the two. The relations became much exposed to Asif Ali Zardari, when Hina Rabbani Khar sent Bilawal a greeting card on his birthday on September 21, 2011 with hand-written message stating – “The foundation of our relations is eternal and soon we shall be just ourselves.”

Pak minister places bounty for 'anti-Islam' filmmaker

A Pakistani official on Saturday placed a $100,000 bounty on the head of the maker of an anti-Islam film that has sparked a wave of violence and anger, as Muslims mounted fresh protests worlwide. Railways minister Ghulam Ahmed Bilour also called on the Taliban and al-Qaeda to join the hunt and help accomplish the "noble deed."
Bilour spoke to reporters in the northwestern city of Peshawar a day after violent nationwide demonstrations against the "Innocence of Muslims" film left 21 people dead and more than 200 injured.
"I announce today that this blasphemer who has abused the holy prophet, if somebody will kill him, I will give that person a prize of $100,000," Bilour said, urging others to shower the killer with cash and gold.
"I also invite Taliban and al-Qaeda brothers to be partners in this noble deed," he added. "I also announce that if the government hands this person over to me, my heart says I will finish him with my own hands and then they can hang me."
Protests against the low-budget film have erupted across the Muslim world, leading to more than 50 deaths since the first demonstrations on September 11.
A French satirical magazine's publication this week of cartoons mocking the Prophet has further stoked anger.
The producer of the film, Nakoula Basseley Nakoula, is reportedly a Los Angeles-based 55-year-old Egyptian Copt and convicted fraudster, currently out on parole.
US media reports say Nakoula wrote and produced the film, using the pseudonym Sam Bacile before being identified. Police questioned him before he went into hiding with his family.
Thousands of Islamist activists in Pakistan staged demonstrations again Saturday but there was no repeat of the previous day's widespread violence.
More than 5,000 protesters, including hundreds of women, marched towards the parliament in Islamabad chanting "We love our Holy Prophet" and "Punishment for those who humiliated our Prophet".
Some 1,500 people from the hardline Islamist Jamaat-ud-Dawa and Sunni religious groups rallied in front of the US consulate in the eastern city of Lahore, chanting "The US deserves only one remedy -- jihad, jihad".
Smaller protests took place in the southwestern city of Quetta, as well as in Peshawar, where six people died in Friday's protests, and in the southern port city of Karachi, where 15 people were killed Friday.
Witnesses estimated that more than 45,000 people joined Friday's nationwide rallies, mainly members of right-wing religious parties and supporters of banned terror groups.

KFC Shuts Down Restaurants Amid Protests
NEW YORK (CNNMoney) — Yum! Brands is shuttering all of its KFC franchises in Pakistan in the wake of anti-American protests there, after one of its KFC restaurants was attacked in Lebanon last week, the company said Friday.
“Our KFC restaurants in Pakistan are closing as a precautionary measure,” said Yum! Brands spokesman Christopher Fuller. “They will continually monitor the situation to decide when to re-open.”
KFC has more than 60 restaurants in 21 Pakistani cities, and has a significant presence throughout the Muslim world. A division of the company called KFC Arabia has franchises in 11 Middle Eastern cities.
On Sept. 14, protesters enraged by a crudely-made anti-Islam video produced in the U.S. attacked a KFC restaurant and two other American franchises — a Hardee’s and a Krispy Kreme — in Tripoli, Lebanon.
“A number of U.S. brand restaurants in Tripoli were damaged, including one KFC,” said Fuller. “We have been in touch with our franchisee and fortunately all of our employees and their families are safe.”
The three franchises were wedged together in a strip mall. Footage of the attack showed open flames pouring from the smashed window of the restaurants.
A Hardee’s restaurant was also destroyed, “Employees and customers were evacuated from the building,” said Hardee’s spokeswoman Julie McLean. “There was no report of injuries. This restaurant was targeted previously, about seven years ago, and we are closely monitoring the situation across the region.”
Hardee’s Arabia, as the company’s international division is called, has about 200 restaurants in the Middle East and North Africa, including Jordan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman and Egypt.
The U.S. government closed its embassy in Pakistan on Sept. 17 following an attack against the U.S. Embassy in Libya on the 11th anniversary of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. The attackers killed Ambassador Chris Stevens and three of his staffers.
The violence has spread from North Africa through parts of the Middle East and Pakistan, where protests have raged for days.

PEPSI & AFRIDI - Made for Cricket TVC 2012
8:42 AM

Of Shahid Afridi it can safely be said that cricket never has and never will see another like him. To say he is an allrounder is to say Albert Einstein was a scientist; it tells a criminally bare story.
For a start, the slant of his all-round skills only became clear ten years into his career; he is a leg-spinning allrounder. Variety is his calling and as well as a traditional leg-break, he has two googlies, a conventional offie and a lethal faster one, though this is increasingly rare. All come with the threat of considerable, late drift. He fairly hustles through overs, which in limited-over formats is a weapon in itself and the package is dangerous.
But forever associated with him will be his madcap batting, the prospect of which is a crowd-puller the world over. He is a compulsive basher, literally unable to control his urges to slog every ball that comes his way, and not much of it is classical. Often spectacular results are at hand; he owns, for example, two of the fastest ODI hundreds, including the fastest one ever in his first innings ever at the age of 16. His career strike rates are nearly unmatched. But mostly, anywhere in the order, consistency has been missing.

Cricket star Afridi to front Pakistan polio fight
1:24 PM

Dashing cricketer Shahid Afridi is to front efforts to eradicate polio from Pakistan, going head-to-head with militants who have banned vaccinations in an Al-Qaeda-linked stronghold on the Afghan border.
The charismatic former Pakistan captain was born in Khyber district, which is part of the militant-infested tribal belt, and campaigners hope his Pashto credentials can persuade parents to inoculate their children.
"It is a noble cause and I am happy to be part of smashing polio from Pakistan which has crippled many children," Afridi told AFP.
He said the main target was remote areas of Pakistan, such as the Al-Qaeda and Taliban infested tribal belt on the Afghan border.
"I am from that area and speak their language, so I will try to go door-to-door to remove any negative concept about the campaign and I hope this will help us raise healthy future generations," added Afridi.
The campaign is being run by Pakistan and UNICEF. Aseefa, the younger daughter of President Asif Ali Zardari and assassinated ex-prime minister Benazir Bhutto, is also an ambassador for the cause.
"It's my duty to help mankind as the Almighty has given me stature, so I am ready to do any social work which helps human beings," said Afridi.
Local Taliban and Pakistani warlord Hafiz Gul Bahadur, whose loyalists are fighting the Americans in Afghanistan, have banned anti-polio vaccinations in the tribal region of Waziristan to protest against US drone attacks.
They say the drone strikes kill civilians and have condemned the immunisation campaign as a cover for espionage.
Pakistani doctor Shakeel Afridi was jailed for 33 years in May after helping the CIA find Osama bin Laden through a fake hepatitis vaccination programme.
Pakistan is one of just three countries where polio remains endemic, along with Afghanistan and Nigeria.
The highly infectious disease affects mainly the under-fives and can cause paralysis in a matter of hours. Some cases can be fatal.

Hampshire all-rounder Shahid Afridi has admitted to the media in Pakistan he may not return to the county for the T20 season because of visa problems.
Afridi has missed all five T20 games so far as he was unable to apply for a visa in Sri Lanka, where he had been playing cricket for Pakistan.
Hants had hoped to have Afridi back and available for Friday's trip to Essex.
"I'm likely to miss the entire season," Afridi told The Express Tribune. "A few issues may force me to opt out."
On Tuesday, Afridi's agent Umran Khan told BBC Radio Solent that the player was a doubt for T20 finals day, should Hampshire reach the event scheduled for the end of August.
The 32-year-old could be required by Pakistan to play in a six match T20 international series against Australia which has recently been confirmed.
Afridi had been due to be available for all of Hampshire's T20 campaign, but he now looks set to miss it entirely.
The Pakistan star enjoyed a successful stay with Hampshire in 2011, taking 17 wickets in 10 matches at an average of 11.17.
His efforts helped the side progress through the group stages unbeaten at home and ultimately to T20 finals day at Edgbaston.
Highlights from Afridi's 2011 campaign included taking his county-best bowling figures of 5-20 on his home debut against Gloucestershire, and an impressive knock of 80 in the semi-final against Somerset.
Meanwhile, batsman Michael Carberry is seeing a specialist after injuring himself in training.
"Carbs is seeing a specialist to have a look at his knee," said Hampshire manager Giles White.
"There's some cartilage damage. We'll find out the extent of that and we'll know where we stand from there."

Shahid Afridi will not sign central contract

Pakistan’s veteran all-rounder Shahid Afridi does not intend to sign the central contract with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to sequentially be available for lucrative offers from leagues being organised by different countries, according to sources.
Sources told Dawn that Afridi, who enjoys great marketing value in the cricketing world, keeps receiving lucrative packages from foreign leagues. However, if the flamboyant player signed PCB’s central contract he may not be able to feature in all games of those tournaments.
Sources further said the national team management was not happy with Afridi’s behaviour in the ODI and T20 series held recently in Sri Lanka. However, the management has decided not to submit any written report against him

Hampshire all-rounder Shahid Afridi is set to make his return to the county in time for Wednesday's T20 match at Middlesex, according to his agent.
Afridi has missed four T20 games so far as he was unable to apply for a visa in Sri Lanka where he had been playing international cricket for Pakistan.
His agent Umran Khan says it would not be unusual for him to arrive on the day of the game just like other clients.
"It happened with Abdul Razak, who I represent," Khan told BBC Radio Solent.
"He flew in on the morning of a game and played in the evening.
